For more than 45 years, top middle-market professionals from across the globe make the annual trip to ACG’s InterGrowth conference because they have come to rely on the event as a main source for networking and deal flow. For three days, more than 2,000 M&A professionals attend numerous programming and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals including, but not limited to, private equity executives, investment bankers, lenders, corporate strategic acquirers, privately held business owners and service providers, making it one of the largest conferences focused on the middle-market.
InterGrowth attendees are M&A professionals who invest in and manage companies in the middle market, a vital part of the U.S. economy that includes 26.5 percent, or 48 million, of all US jobs. In 2015 alone, 71 percent of all private equity buyouts were middle-market deals and nearly half of deals were under $100 million dollars, according to PitchBook.
InterGrowth 2017 will be held April 24-26, 2017, at the five-star, five-diamond ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
Commenting on his appointment, Ramsey Goodrich commented “I am thrilled to be the Chair of this incredible conference. This event in 2017 will mark my 15th annual InterGrowth conference, and I cannot think of a better way to celebrate this achievement and help make the 2017 conference even better.”
