We were honored to have Oz as a valued member of our Advisory Board until his untimely death in July of 2020. He became one of our more engaged board members not only contributing to our firm’s welfare but making that extra effort to learn about the people behind CMG, our team of professionals and board colleagues alike. He was refreshingly outspoken, always spreading his passion for representative government. Oz was intelligent, wise, positive and a true gentleman. His multiple candidacies for Governor of Connecticut was particularly impressive since he did not represent either major political party, preferring a system of open primaries and ranked choice voting. His philosophy and political convictions live on through SAM CT that continues his legacy. The CMG family was enriched institutionally and personally by Oz’s presence on our Advisor Board. Oz always challenged us and was always fun to be with. We miss him dearly.
