We were hired as Kirkland’s exclusive investment banker to evaluate their strategic options, including an M&A event, capital raise or debt refinance.
Solution
In October 2024, Kirkland's Home received a strategic investment from Beyond, Inc. The investment included debt, equity and a joint operating agreement. *A CMG principal was the exclusive financial advisor to the client.
