The owners of Hanover were seeking to maximize shareholder value through a limited auction process in order to facilitate a liquidity event.

Stravina, a portfolio company of Blue Capital Management, is a leading designer and supplier of more than 900 different types of impulse purchase novelty and souvenir items.
