Bear Naked, Inc. was a rapidly growing company offering a wide range of all natural breakfast and snack foods. In 2002, Kelly Flatly and Brendan Synnott co-founded the company based on their belief in developing great tasting products made from all-natural ingredients that fuel active lifestyles. Bear Naked has since become a category leader with national distribution.  

The owners and management were considering a range of options to raise additional growth capital and correspondingly complete a valuation for the business, given its rapid growth.
