Jack Krichavsky

Biography

Jack Krichavsky, CPA, is the president of Almada Corp., a firm he founded to provide financial and strategic consulting services to both publicly and privately-held midsized companies.

Jack has 40 years of experience specializing in working with growth-oriented, closely-held companies. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and in assisting his clients in obtaining debt and equity financing, including taking companies public through initial public offerings. He has worked with manufacturing companies, defense contractors, service businesses and a variety of high technology companies. Representative clients include Colt Defense LLC, Colt’s Manufacturing Company, Hunt Leibert Jacobson PC, Royal Precision, Inc., Alstom Signaling, Inc., Agion Technologies, Inc., and StayOnline, Inc. He has served as a Board Member or Advisory Board Member of numerous companies. He has worked with Carter Morse & Mathias as an alliance partner since 2002.

Jack retired as a partner of Arthur Andersen LLP, the international professional services firm, in 2000 after 28 years of service. At Arthur Andersen, he was the partner in charge of the Commercial Services and Small Business Practices of the Hartford, Connecticut office. In this capacity, he had overall responsibility for the firm’s practice, serving clients in the technology, manufacturing and distribution industries.

Jack played important roles in the founding of the Connecticut Technology Council and the Hartford Chapter of the Entrepreneurship Institute. He has been a board director of several non-profit organizations, and is a past chairman of the board of directors of the Hebrew Home & Hospital.

Jack has a BA from Adelphi University with a degree in accounting and an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania with a degree in finance.
