Carter Morse & Goodrich is pleased to announce that CJ Perrone has joined the firm as Vice President. CJ will play an integral role in executing M&A transactions, providing valuation analyses and assisting with business development initiatives.
Prior to joining CMG, CJ spent over six years at Woodbridge International, where he focused on advising lower middle-market companies through a M&A process. While there, he led teams focusing on sell-side financial analysis, client due diligence, buyer vetting/selection, LOI negotiations and ultimately deal execution for founder and family-owned businesses.
Prior to entering the investment banking industry, CJ worked at the Walt Disney Company where he served as a key player within the Disney/ESPN Media Networks Business Strategy team after beginning his time there with ESPN’s International Accounting team. Prior to Disney, CJ was a member of the Entertainment and Media division of PWC’s assurance practice in the New York office.
CJ earned his Masters in Accounting from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University and received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Bentley University. He currently holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
CJ currently resides in the Black Rock neighborhood of Bridgeport, CT, with his wife and daughter. CJ plays an active role in coaching and fundraising for the Black Rock Little League. CJ enjoys cooking for others, golf, live music (love supporting local bands), coaching baseball and softball and spending as much time outside as possible.
