Chris Reenock has spent his investment banking career advising family and founder-owned businesses and corporate management teams across a variety of engagements in the middle-market. Chris is a Managing Director with CMG and also serves as the Co-Lead for CMG’s Fuel & Retail Convenience advisory team.
Prior to joining CMG, Chris was a Director at a NYC-based boutique investment bank, where he advised companies on sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises and strategic advisory assignments across multiple sectors. Prior to that, he was a senior analyst on Citigroup’s Institutional Investor-ranked Autos & Auto Parts equity research team, where he provided public market advisory to institutional investors and family offices.
Mr. Reenock has been active as a fundraising class chair of his alma mater Regis High School in New York, an alumni admissions interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania, and a finance committee member of Sokol New York, a non-profit organization that provides fitness and community for individuals and families through sports, cultural and social activities.
Mr. Reenock earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Finance and Management, and his BA degree in English and Government from Georgetown University.
