Chris Kuselias is a successful entrepreneur that focuses his energies on philanthropy, and impact investing through Ocean Crest Ventures (OCV). OCV is a unique investment firm that identifies, mentors and helps scale high growth potential startups with social impact and has funded investments in AI, real estate, movies & entertainment, senior care, dermatology clinics, pain management centers, in-home pediatrics and fitness solutions.
Chris founded and led CareerTEAM, LLC for 25 years as CEO. Under Chris, CareerTEAM became one of the INC 500 fastest growing companies in America and today, is a leading provider of outsourced software and project management services across the country funded by GOV & EDU. One of its solutions, Career Edge, LLC (“Career Edge”), is a rapidly growing and fully integrated EdTech software platform providing learning management systems (“LMS”) and case management software solutions. Today, Chris remains a shareholder and serves on the Board of Directors.
For his social impact contributions, Chris has appeared on CNN, FOX, ABC, NBC and was featured on CBS’ 60 Minutes. A respected voice in public policy and closing the opportunity divide, Chris was also invited to the White House to strategize on labor market solutions with the then U.S. President, VP, Chief of Staff and Fortune 500 CEOs.
The Kuselias family office supports several worthy charitable endeavors. Examples include rebuilding and protecting an orphanage in Haiti, cancer research through the Pan Mass Challenge and promoting innovation education within low-income neighborhoods through Nextminds.org and Push for Entrepreneurship.
Chris, his wife Susan, and their children Alana, CJ and Olivia, live on Narrows Island in Guilford, Connecticut and on Vanderbilt Beach in Naples, Florida.
