Before joining Carter Morse & Goodrich, Jean-Paul spent four years working at Ernst & Young within the Transfer Pricing and Valuation, Modeling, and Economics (VME) groups. Subsequently, he began his career on Wall Street at TD Cowen within the Verticalized Software, Data & Analytics (VSDA) coverage group, where he worked on middle-market sell-side transactions for technology companies across various verticals.
Jean-Paul attended Quinnipiac University's 3+1 Program, where he graduated in three years with a double major in Finance and Economics. Furthering his education, he then earned a Master's degree in Financial Risk Management from the University of Connecticut. Jean-Paul has passed levels I and II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams and holds his FINRA Series 79 license.
