ezMilestone is a web-based enterprise management system that provides a complete solution for the deployment of telecom equipment, data networking, and other technologies. The Company was started as an affiliate of Outsourcing Unlimited Inc., a provider of telecom deployment services for the SMB market.
After undergoing rapid growth, the Company and its affiliate were approached by ScanSource, Inc. (NASD:SCSC) as a strategic acquisition to expand Scansource's position in the SMB market and obtain a leading web-based deployment applicaiton.
A principal of Carter Morse & Mathias was a founder and president of ezMilestone and led the negotiations to sell the assets of the Company to ScanSource.
