Southport, CT - CMM is proud to announce that it has won the Leveraged Buyout of the Year (up to $50 million) at the 4th annual M&A Advisor / ACG NY Deal Champion's Awards for its work with Blue Bell Mattress Company in its sale to Longroad Asset Management. The winners, selected from more than 350 nominees in five major categories, were celebrated by a sell-out audience at the Champion's Awards Gala at the Metropolitan Club in New York.
