Designs for Health Inc. is a leading nutraceutical company that sells exclusively to health care practitioners and their patients. The company has three divisions: Professional Products, Research and Education and Practice Development.
The primary owners decided to seek assistance with its strategic plan and getting a better understanding of how to enhance shareholder value.
Carter Morse & Mathias provided a strategic plan which served as a blue print for building shareholder value. Since this assignment, the Company has more than doubled in size. Subsequently, CMM provided financial advice when Designs for Health purchased and built its manufacturing facility in Montana.
