Ace Ambulance was the largest ambulance company in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Ace’s owner recognized early on that the industry was about to undergo massive consolidation. Ace recognized that, if sold early during the consolidation phase, it would be potentially one of the most valuable assets in Connecticut.
Carter Morse & Mathias had advised Ace for several years prior to arranging and negotiating this sale to Laidlaw International, which was competing with American Medical Response for control of the industry in New England. This transaction was Laidlaw’s first acquisition in Connecticut.
Securities are offered through Carter Capital Corporation, memberFINRA and SIPC.
