As active members of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), both on a local and national level, both Michael Carter and Ramsey Goodrich recently attended the largest M&A conference focused on the middle market: ACG's Intergrowth conference. Held on April 22-25 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Fla., more than 2,000 middle-market professionals were joined by dealmakers from around the world for this one-of-a-kind knowledge-sharing and deal flow event.
Carter Morse & Mathias ("CMM") is pleased to announce the closing of the acquisition of a substantial interest in Allied Metal Corporation ("Allied") by Prime Materials Recovery ("PMR") and the related acquisition financing. The terms of the transaction and financing were not disclosed. Carter Morse & Mathias served as PMR's exclusive financial advisor for the transactions.
Ramsey Goodrich Elected to the Board of XPX
