CMM Managing Director, Ramsey Goodrich was named to Executive Board and Treasurer of the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX), Connecticut Chapter. Founded in 2009, XPX is a community of professional advisors who work collaboratively to help owners build valuable businesses and prepare them for successful transition. Mr. Goodrich has been an advisor to XPX-CT since its founding, but has now taken a more proactive role in growing the organization as part of its leadership team.

Ramsey Goodrich chaired the Fourth Annual Northeast Consumer Conference, hosted by Crossroads Venture Group, Connecticut Technology Counsel and the Association for Corporate Growth at the Stamford Marriott. Attended by more than 120 consumer investors and advisors, and featuring 15 high-growth consumer-facing companies, the event was another huge success.

Michael Carter moderated an esteemed panel of experts for the Association for Corporate Growth meeting on January 10, 2014 entitled "Issues and Outlook for Corporate Development Officers" with: John Bellizzi, Global Head of Corporate Development, Thomson Reuters; Uta Werner, Chief Strategy Officer at Xerox; and William Striebe, Vice President, Business Development, UTC Climate, Controls and Security Systems.
