Martin Magida participated on a panel of experts for the Exit Planning Exchange of CT session: How Investment Banks Look At Exit Planning, where recognized investment bankers provided insights into how they think about exit planning, beyond the specifics of the deal.  

The discussion points included when should an owner and/or his advisors should bring in an investment bank to meet with their clients, what external resources do bankers bring into a pre-sale planning process and when, and the key drivers of valuation on an exit or major liquidity event and how they are impacted by pre-transaction planning techniques and analysis.  In attendance were CPAs, attorneys, wealth managers, and consultants.  For more information, please click:
