CMM Managing Director, Michael Carter was the keynote speaker at a regional Vistage meeting on March 8, 2016. Vistage is a CEO group of executives and business owners that act as a peer advisory group guided by an executive coach.
Michael’s presentation reviewed the “Anatomy of a Sale Transaction", using the recent sale of a Vistage member’s company to a private equity backed strategic buyer as the basis for a case study. CMM had been the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction.
