CMM Managing Director, Ramsey Goodrich, was a panelist for a discussion entitled "Use of Earn-Outs to Bridge Valuation Gaps; A Panel Discussion Analyzing the Sale of Two Data Analytics Companies" at a breakfast hosted by the Association for Corporate Growth at the Shereton Hotel in Stamford CT. The event attracted more than 100 attendees and was a lively discussion.
