Timothy Galipeau is an Associate at Carter Morse & Mathias, having joined CMM full time after serving as a summer intern. Tim supports the Managing Directors in M&A transactions, capital raises and valuation analysis. He holds his Series 79, 82 and 63 licences and is a Registered Investment Banking Representative with FINRA.
Prior to joining CMM, Tim interned in the tax department at Blum Shapiro, a New England–based public accounting firm. Before working at Blum Shapiro, Tim was an American History and Mathematics teacher at Windham Middle School in Willimantic, CT.
Tim attended Eastern Connecticut State University on a full Honors Program scholarship and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History and a B.S. in Accounting. Tim presented his thesis "James Freeman Clarke: Transcendentalistism and the Anti-Slavery Movement in Antebellum America".
