Carter Morse & Goodrich will be featured at the Exit Planning Exchange (“XPX”) Tri-State Summit

XPX Tri-State Summit 2020 is a special half-day event designed for middle market business owners and their advisors. The program, including a keynote speaker and three panel discussions, covers the full life cycle of the privately-held business, including Business Value Growth, Business Value Transfer, and Owner Life and Legacy.

Terry Hannafin, Managing Director of CMG, will lead a panel involving CMG’s client AG Adjustments and its recent recapitalization with TriVest Partners. As Chair of the five Tri-State chapters, Ramsey Goodrich will be making the opening remarks and facilitating the afternoon of discussions. This sold -out event will is the inaugural event for the Tri-State XPX Chapters.
